How does it work to purchase a phone card online?
Only AOL users can purchase
an AOL Latino phone card. This system is protected by industry-standard
secure technology. To purchase a card:
- Find the card that’s right
for your calling needs.
- Click Buy Now.
- Fill in the secure order form. You will have the option
to automatically recharge your card once the balance drops below a level
that you choose.
This is a great time saver if you make lots of calls.
- When you click Purchase,
your order will be submitted.
- Because these are “virtual” phone
cards, you will see a card with calling information on the screen that
you can print out
or
copy to keep with you.
If you ever need to retrieve this information, you can sign into the
site, and go to Your Account.

What is the best phone card for me? Raices

If you call regularly from a cell
phone in the USA, you should try the Latino Plus. This phone card has
no connection fees, great rates and after
you register your phone numbers (you can register up to 5), you’ll
never have to dial your Card number again.
If you call from different
phones, or you want to use the card in other countries. You can choose
between Raices Latinas (no connection fee – better
for short calls) or Conexion Latina (connection fee applies – better
for long calls).
You can also buy one of each card for your different calling
needs.
How
do I know what my balance is?
You will hear your balance before you make
any call or you can check it on the Internet, just go to My Account.
What is “automatic recharge?”
Automatic Recharge allows you
to automatically add money to your card /account without changing your
card or going through the whole purchase process
again. You can disable the automatic recharge feature at any time.
How
do I add money to my card if I am not using automatic recharge?
You can
add more money to your existing account by signing into My Account. Or
call customer service at 1-888-354-2285.
