How do I use the card?
When dialing from the US:
1. Dial the toll-free access number listed on your card or for calls from
international numbers, dial the appropriate access number, wait for greeting.
2. Enter your card number.
3. At next prompt, for
Domestic calls and calls to Canada, dial 1 + Area
Code + Local Number.
International calls, dial 011 + Country Code + City
Code + Local Number.
To
make another call, don’t hang up. Simply press the pound key
(#) three times and dial as described in Step 3.

How do I make consecutive calls?
To make another call, don’t hang
up after your first call. Simply press numeral (#) sign 3 times, and dial
the phone number you want to
call.
Do I have to wait for the operator instructions before making my
call?
No. You can interrupt the operator message at any time.
Can I use the
phone card from any phone?
Yes. You can use it from home, work, or a
cellular phone. If you use it from a Public Phone you will incur an extra
$0.50 per call.
Do rates vary depending on the time of the day I make
a call?
No. All rates are flat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
