in a Hollywood public relations firm; and
consultant to corporations and governments.
Lowell is founder of the Jefferson Birthday
Committee, which aims to make Thomas Jefferson's
April 13th Birthday a "National Holiday
for Taxpayers."
He
holds the equivalent of a Masters Degree
in International Relations and a Ph.D. in
English
