Special Interests

Lowell has worked as futurist and techno-terrorism specialist in a Pentagon-consulted think tank; author of a best-selling book about global climate change (The Cooling, published by Prentice-Hall and used as a text about Enmod, Environmental Modification Warfare, by the Department of Defense); publicist in a Hollywood public relations firm; and consultant to corporations and governments. Lowell is founder of the Jefferson Birthday Committee, which aims to make Thomas Jefferson's April 13th Birthday a "National Holiday for Taxpayers."

He holds the equivalent of a Masters Degree in International Relations and a Ph.D. in English
